 EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

Ontario Streams offers educational programming for classrooms and community groups. Participants will get the chance to engage with a habitat restoration specialist and hear about why we should protect our local habitats. We will cover topics such as biodiversity, local species at risk, and human impacts on the environment.

Our educational programs are available to:

  • Kindergarten to Grade 12 classes. The programming is tailored to meet the science and social science curricula in Ontario.
  • Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) - environmental students.
  • Community groups including field naturalists, guides or scouts, and youth groups.

These interactive presentations generally run for an hour and include time for questions and discussions.
